Yes I had two drains. The drain tubes came out on each side of my body, but the actual drain is a long flat thing that basically stretches the width of your incision. Google Jackson Pratt drain. I also paid about 500 more for exparel. It's a numbing medication that they inject throughout the abdomen that a lot of people said was worth it for pain relief.
