I think if you win the tickets through the lottery, and then sell those tickets at a markup price you can be banned. I had a friend win tickets in the lottery, sold them at a higher price because he was having his 1st child that week and couldn't go. He got a letter in the mail the following week notifying him that he had been banned from Augusta for life.

I won tickets to Tuesdays practice round.

They noticed the guy he sold them to didn’t match the description on the ticket, asked how much he paid for them and told the truth.... dumb on his part

The lottery ticket number link to the person who won them, similar to how they won't issue the tickets to you if the credit card you use to purchase your lottery tickets isn't the same as the address used to enter the lottery.

The guy he sold them to must have done something to rile up ANGC security and that's how they found out. They don't check id's or anything when you walk in the gates.
