Going to be tough watching the NFC Championship tonight

Hard to get over. This is worse than SF in 2011.

Think of it this way. Did you really expect the Saints to be in the NFC Championship game at the beginning of the season? Of course not! Neither did anyone else. They far exceeded expectations and won the division plus a playoff game! Another good offseason, and they will be the team to beat next year! Just think of it as scouting the competition while watching tonight! Or, don’t watch at all! Just remind yourself, the Saints were a year ahead of schedule. They will be back! Who Dat!

The season is over for me. I didn’t watch anymore NFL games other than the Saints through the year and I’m not going to start now. I will feel better when the Vikings lose though.

Woke up this morning and it didn't really hit me until today. How ridiculously close this team was to get him back to the Superbowl. I knew what the stakes were last week... But listening to some Sports Talk Radio while driving in my truck..... Man it's NFL Championship Sunday and the Saints should be there. I hear a lot of people talking about just tell yourself that "before the season started did you even think they would make the playoffs". I'm sorry I don't buy into the participation trophy mentality. It's the NFL you get into the playoffs and it's anybody's game. I don't want to watch the NFC Championship today but I know I will. Hopefully the Jaguars can gouge the Patriots and at least I'll have some sense of minor enjoyment
