So was looking at an investment. They have these 10 year old apartments that are 5 unita per building that may go up for sale. Their about 1300 square feet each. Has anyone ever converted apartments into condos to sell. They all of their owne water and electric meter. I know I would have to get a condo association drawn up by an attorney. Anyone have any idea if there is something I am missing? Thank you

You say there are 5 units per building but how many buildings are there? I haven't done this but I did invest in one many years ago.
