Another vote for Aria. I've stayed there at least 15 times since they've opened. Fantastic hotel with good food options (both high and mid level) onsite and easy walking distance.
Take a look at this promotion that MGM is currently running for all of their hotels. It has Aria for under $100 alot of dates in December and you get a $200 resort credit. You don't have to prove your a member of the Royal Caribbean C&A Society. You probably need to create an MLife account (MGM rewards program) if you don't have one already.
