Thinking about buying a PS3 or Xbox360 again so that I can get NCAA. Which one would you guys recommend? Or does it matter?

the ps3. it's available on the playstation store and it's only $19.99. on xbox, you'll have to get it from gamestop, amazon, ebay, etc. and pay $40+ for it. it's not available on the marketplace.
