Why cleanup for Harvey/Irma will be done efficiently, quickly, and under budget:

The reason why Trump assist hurricane, is look at his STRATEGY. Obama never set foot on a single hurricane in the south and yet Trump visited and provide assistance in Harvey and donations for Irma, even while running the country and being the leader of the free world, but Obama couldn't even do that! Trump provides love and compassion for the victims of the hurricanes, (which hoax or not, were they controleld and aimed I won't comment on it), which shows his inner colors and strength. Trump is a KIND AND GENEROUS leader. When Katrina hit democrats was just tallying up the profits, but Trump is already donating money, and shifting all resources. The hurricanes will be cleaned up ahead of time under budget WITH EXTREME EFFICIENCY MAGA
