He brought in special team consultants. He's aware of the problems. He a great choice. A new hire may have cleared the current coaching staff along with all the progress made in recruiting over the last 10 years.

Rumor is all staff to be retained except OC. Ensminger will go back to coaching TE. BDP is staying and so is Grimes.
