Would you trade Evan Longoria for: 1) Jose Fernandez and 2) Pablo Sandoval. Longoria was my 2nd pick. Fernandez was his 4th and Sandoval was his 8th.

I'm leaning towards making the deal. The loss of stats between Longo and Sandoval is worth the upgrade in Fernandez. Say Longo goes 30/100 and Panda goes 20/80... Fernandez is worth much more than 10/20. You'll probably elevate yourself from the middle of the pack towards the top pitching wise while not taking that big of a hit offensively.

Just realized I have no other 3rd baseman. My 1B/3B is only a 1B.

Being that both Longo and Panda have a long history of getting banged up, it would be nice to add a healthy body as a backup there regardless if you do the trade or not. Or, you could just cross that bridge if it happens.

I'm back again. Fernandez and Sandoval for Longoria did not go through. I had just had Garcia go down for the year. Would anyone trade Longoria for Sandoval and Beltran? My other outfielders are Carlos Gonzalez, Justin Upton, Michael Bourne Dustin Ackley and Josh Reddick.

Nope. You will be fine without Garcia. Just replace via free agency.
