Bregman was shaky defensively at the beginning of the year and as the season went on he looked great then his glove dipped at the end again. He has the ability to make great plays defensively because he's shown he can make some really tough throws. He just needs to get more consistent and he will. His fundamentals are weird at times and I think it has a lot to do he didn't really play the position before coming to LSU. People are spoiled with Nola. Nola was basically a golden glove. You're not going to get guys that good defensively all the time. Bregman will definitely get better and I'm willing to bet we'll be calling him a great defensive SS by the end of next season too.

No I'm not, Russian .. The Sam Houston State and UCLA games alone are proof positive that the guy has a ways to go on D in crunch time/post season .. ULL's run was on him too .. Nola, Lemahieu, Johnson, Larson, Reboulet didn't do that side saddle "OLE' " fielding crap with their gloves and commit silly errors on routine plays .. Come on .. The kid needs to step waaaay up on defense ..
