Tim Roth and Tupac as two heroin addicts trying to seek rehabilitation while dodging gangsters.
One of the best Drug/comedy's of the 90s imo.

I miss Tupac as an actor. I still think his best role was Bishop in "Juice" . Total Villan

This was much more than a comedy... It also was a commentary on urban culture and bureaucracy.
I watched it last night on one of the DTV movie channels.
Hadn't seen it in 14 years.
