Alex Box Tailgating - Original Plans Called For A Dedicated RV Lot

The original plans for the new Box called for an RV lot next to the stadium at the corner of Gourrier and Nicholson. So far, nada. Any word on why this was never done?
We'll never get what we used to have as far as outside atmosphere, but I think having the RVs there would turn it up a notch.

They need to relocate the uhigh baseball field. Tons of potential back there.

Also maybe take a look at something directly across Gourrier. Some sort of "Tailgate Alley".

it would have to be outside of the current parking lot. no way in hell the lose out on the money from all of those parking spots.i'm all for relocating uhigh and making that area part of the box.

There's plenty of grass for another lot where they were supposed to develop the RV lot in the first place.
