Tre' White and his 5th Star

I noticed a few days ago he got his 5th star on 247. Why hasnt 247 put LSU as having a 5 star in the team rankings? I imagine it will make us move up in our rankings.

Here what I don't understand about the 247 rankings..
LSU commits-26
5 star-1
4 star-18
3 star- 7
Notre dame commits- 22
5 star-1
4 star-17
3 star-4
Why is Notre same ranked higher than us if we have the same number of 5 star commits, one more 4 star commit and 3 more 3 star commits than them? Shouldn't we be ranked higher? I don't get it..

Not all 3 and 4 star kids are exactly the same. Heck even 5-stars can be different. I think 247 goes up to like 102? So a 5-star kid can be 98-102. A 4-star kid can be 90-97. A 3-star kid 80-89 (i think).
Therefore a 92 4-star and 97 4-star both have the same amount of stars but one is ranked much higher than another still.

They have 2 different team rankings, composite and using their own rankings
