Lab/retriever mix, how good...

What kind of mix and what do you want to do with it?

I have a lab/bloodhound mix that I use for tracking, but he would have made a hell of a duck dog if I had worked with him.

ETA: Very much kicking myself in the arse for not making him into a part time retriever


He would have been goooddddddddddddd. And it would have been immeasurably awesome to have a bloodhound looking dog fetching your ducks

They're great. I have two little girls that are about to make a year. They listen great but thanks to my SO and my work schedule they have become lap-rador retrievers.

An old guy was getting rid of a dog that we were told was a golden. New think he is a mix. He's so freaking fast and never gets tired. Long hair like a golden and face like a lab.
