My team is dropping like flies - need some advice

More injuries to a couple of my starters. Already lost Mcgahee a couple weeks back and now Nelson and Shorts look doubtful for the first round of playoffs. looking for some advice on some Add/Drops that I should make. 14 team PPR.
Current Roster:
Top Available RBs/WRs
I picked up Tate last week in case of injuries..
Im thinking I can shed Larod SH and Rashad Jennings..
I have been holding on to MJD for whatever reason but it seems like he isn't coming back this year so I can probably drop him or whoever else if yall think it would be beneficial.
My team has been plagued with injuries this year but I some how managed to make the playoffs, Im worried the horseshoe is almost out of luck..
