Whatsup with Shreve/BC and criminals. Weirdly the Gainesville Ripper was from Shreveport and supposedly that was the inspiration for Scream.
Back on topic, that is a horrible story but nothing surprises me with some of these assholes around these days. (not just an ArkLaTex thing either).
