Steve Harvey is reportedly heading to court on Jan. 23 over accusations he's gone on racist rants against white people, among other disturbing statements in the past, reports say.

RadarOnline.com reports that Joseph Cooper, who used to work for Harvey, recorded the "Family Feud" host on multiple occasions during "hateful diatribes." He allegedly has 120 hours' worth of defamatory statements.

"I don't give a s--t about America!" Harvey allegedly said in one of the recordings shared with RadarOnline.com by Cooper in November. Cooper also claims that Harvey urged his fans to "Spit on white people" and "assault old white women." The full lawsuit is provided by RadarOnline.com here.
