All of the teams we played had bad offenses too including Bama. Alabama's offense has struggled mightily the second half. Even Auburn was stonewalling them good the majority of the game.

So is it Jones excuse that Orgeron held him back at making game adjustments because he hasn't shown the capability to adjust his scheme fluidly based on what offense is doing all season. It works or it doesn't. That's what you get from him.

He's an average DC paid elite DC money. Pay does not fit his performance. Next DC please. He had his opportunity.

I would say keep him on staff if he got demoted and took a big pay cut. He hasn't shown the capability to be a great recruiter though so I don't think you do that either.
