Don’t know if that was the best move. Now she seems more sympathetic. The state has to prove recklessness.

The state went way too hard at her. I think it's clear to everyone but the most ardent anti-police activists that she made a mistake and did not intend to shoot him with her gun. I don't even disagree that there should be consequences for what she did but prison? I'm not sure I agree with that.
