What does this add? This is all cumulative evidence that is not at dispute.
This testimony is just a waste and is losing me; I suspect the jury is tuning out as well.

also... the prosecutor will make sure the M.E. says repeatedly his listed manner of death is "homicide" even though a medical definition of homicide & legal definition of homicide are 2 completely different things
