IMO, unless the cop wasn’t wearing her taser in the properly trained position, or other such negligent practice, her mistaken action under pressure doesn’t rise to a criminal offense. Civil liability, yes, but not criminal.

There needs to be demonstrated that she made a negligent conscious choice which caused the death, and not simply making a mistake in the heat of battle.

court's done for the day so the jury can not die driving home on slick, snow-covered roads

last 2 witnesses for the day were nothing witnesses... no real information of note from either of them
