I don't know that I can watch another trial with these prosecutors. If this is anything like what they did in the Chauvin trial it will be nothing but pleas to emotion.

This prosecutor is already stretching the truth here. She displayed the police policy about using a firearm against a vehicle and she only read one of the reasons it can be used. Also just said that "mere flight...is not a good use for using a taser" leaving out the portion stating "without other factors..." It's ridiculous. Potter is most likely guilty of something, she killed a person whether by accident or not, but the state stretching these policies like this makes me want her to be found not guilty.
