we're up to 10 jurors seated

I believe they said they need the 12 jurors & 2 alternates... so I think we're 4 jurors away from being able to get this trial started

sounds like the jurors will be sequestered during jury deliberations but not during the trial itself

also... Rekeita said the prosecution apparently asked for the up-charge on the possible punishments... meaning if the defendant is found guilty then she could face a much higher sentence than what the sentencing guidelines suggest should 1-900-JUDGE agree with the prosecution's request
