A Little Help???

Hey all of you editing wizards. I have a very simple picture of my son with his 4-wheeler helmet (black, white & gold) and I would like to know if one of you would be so kind as to change it to LSU colors and do another one with Orange, White and Black (his Aunt loves Tony Stewart). My wife is going to use both of them for invitations to his birthday party. I don't have a clue as to where to begin, so any help would be appreciated.

Also, I don't know how much trouble it is but is there any way you can get rid of the background stuff and add something LSU/NASCAR? If it is a pain, nevermind but if you can, I would gladly send you a few bucks for your time. Thanks a lot!!

Sorry man, I couldn't get it to look any better than mud. I can't do anything with all the black and make it look good. Black is not an easy color to work with. Go with Easy's.
