Lodge Trip Fall 2022

I’m open to most parts of the country for this trip. I’m not an outdoorsman but want to ease into being one. 
I’m looking for a lodge type place with nice accommodations, great views, good steaks/bourbon and some outdoors stuff to do nearby or onsite. I would like to do some fishing and maybe fly fishing.
