What's more likely? That this guy is a hard-core biker gangbanger that just wanted to kill someone, or that the pregnant woman was just intimidated by a different kind of vehicle on the road, like most drivers are, and let her hormones control her?

If he had a concealed carry permit as reported he more than likely wasn’t a bandito type
