They want to stop us peasants from using any more fossil fuels...because they want to hoard it and sell it off for a profit. To China or anyone else. Slowly, piece by piece they will break up America and sell it off. The peasants can have wind and solar and fire wood...
Won't be surprised to see deals like this take place in a couple of years when the Marxists have consolidated all the power and no one can do anything about it. Hillary and her group sold off Uranium One to the Russians.
