$100000 bail was appropriate here, not $1000. It works if you don’t apply it like a monkey with an avocado for a brain.

And then you find out he has $6k cash and puts the other $6k on a payment plan to a bondsmen and then gets out, and then you’re all pissed.
Have a detention hearing like the feds do. He’s either a danger/flight risk or he isn’t. Money has nothing to do with it.
