Don't go the AirBnB route. There has been a lot of conflict in the city over the last few years about AirBnBs in residential areas, with lots of residents opposed, the out-of-town investors/property owners in favor, and the city making some half-assed regulations on them. IMHO, it's just not a good vibe-- get a nice hotel suite or something for your party.

Long story short, how would you like if the person next door to you rented out their whole house for folks to hold bachelor parties on a regular basis? That's what been happening, as opposed to the picture painted by the Air BnB industry of quiet maw-maw and paw-paw tourists helping a poor shotgun double owner pay the note...
