Regular outlet at home probably 1-2 days.
Level 2 charging like 8+ hours
Superchargers 20-35 minutes.

For something like a tesla.

The more important question is how is all this is powered at scale? The answer, it isn't.

If there is ever better batteries, which I kind think there won't be... looking at 100-200 year transition.
