My biggest thing is the price on these grills. If I pull the trigger, I want to make sure it is good use and fits what I need. Do you regret the size you bought? So you wish you have went smaller or larger?

I have a Kamado Joe Classic II 18" I bought about 5 years ago. There are times I wish i would have gotten the XL as opposed to the large, but those times are few and far between. The large 18" is perfect for what i use it for. I typically have over family/friends every other weekend or so, so i'm cooking for 4-8 people every weekend + kids, depending on what i cook, and i can fit everything that i've attempted to cook, on the grill. If i need extra space, i have the grill extender that sits higher off the grates.

That being said, i think the primo's are a little bit bigger, but not quite the size of an XL KJ. That would likely be the perfect size.
