How many cameras are you running on that property? Where are they located Typically we have 1-2 for every 50 acers or so we are hunting.
Old bucks don’t get old by walking around feeding durning daylight when hunters are in the woods. And mature bucks even without pressure avoid those places that typically have cameras (feed/foodplots)
Stick a few cameras on some travel corridors or transition zone pinch points, set them to video and see where the deer is coming from going to.
He’s probably only moving in daylight in places you can’t kill him now until the rut kicks in then you have a 7-10 day window that he will walk in front of a train during daylight while a marching band is playing.
