I would be downright shocked if someone picked up that contract with a waiver claim. If he had enough value for that then some team would’ve avoided the entire waiver process and just sent something to Cleveland yesterday to make a trade happen and ensure he went there

yet Cleveland refused offers that would have given them a pick, if they agreed to pick up the majority of this year salary
