re: Is this grounds for assault charges

I got into a scurfuffle many years ago at strawberry fest in ponchatoula with 3 bikers(weekend warrior types). About 5 years later I was served papers. One of the mf’ers filed a civil suit. I found where he lived in Albany and, in my most polite way, told him to pound sand. Never heard anything more.
