Despite having a governor that will do Biden's vaccine mandate police work, Louisiana has laws on the books that require schools provide medical, philosophical or religious waivers if requested by the student. So the law is on the student's side. That doesn't mean the schools won't try and force the vaccine. They will, but they will also be required to offer a waiver as with all other vaccines. IDK if the LSHAA falls under Louisiana vaccine laws.
