I am certainly not endorsing Reed's but I think you came out better than I did with Mallett Buildings. The following mistakes were made by Mallett Buildings on my #1 Mallett Building:
1)They gave me a 1 hour notice on delivery after delaying it for weeks.
2)The framer missed the elevation by 10" to high, which is gonna cost thousands in extra dirt for my house pad.
3)One of the walk in doors was delaminating so they suggested that I get some glue and a clamp to repair it. They finally complied when I demanded a new door.
4)Delayed construction for days waiting on screws.
5)Owner Lee Mallett chewed me out over the phone because I called him about the chain wall they promised to pour to form up to correct the elevation mistake. Also took them a week to figure out how much fill sand was needed and I had to scramble to get extra loads because they still missed on their calculation.
6)Mallett Buildings concrete finisher, Larry Louis and his crew used Georgia buggies to pour my slab which created thin areas. Core samples revealed several spots 2 1/2" thick for a 4"slab. Concrete supplier Lefarge put potash in the concrete which delayed the curing for over 12 hours. The finish surface of the slab was garbage. Had to demo a portion of the slab and repour at my own expense.
7)Mallett Buildings gutter crew replaced the gutters 4 times and they are still not correct. Paint peeling off to date. Was given a can of spray paint by the gutter crew to touch them up for future paint peeling off.
8)Recent Ida damage revealed my #1 Mallett Building was put together with nails instead of screws.
This is a what I am still dealing with Mallett Building's owner Lee Mallett. Like I noted, not endorsing Reed's, but I think you came out better than I did.

Did the plans specify screws or were you just expecting screws? Or did they use gasketed nails on the metal roof?

Its taken you 10 posts to put this information out there and its still not telling the full story....
