That's the story, as silly as it is. But it's just not accurate. For either 2016 or 2020. I mean, how many votes are attributed to, very simply, Democrat registered voters voting for the D candidate (no matter who the candidates are in a given election)? That category most likely eats up a huge chunk of the people who voted for Biden. In other words, the largest proportion of them did not vote against Trump, they voted for the Democratic candidate, just like they always were gonna do.
