I just hope he's doing all this to draw all the media fire from Desantis and others who will actually run and win. Otherwise, what a completely stupid thing to say outside of back room conversation. What a stupid official announcement.

It's one thing to accidentally tell the truth in off the cuff remarks, speaking publically for hours without a teleprompter. It's another to draft it up and send it out with your little seal of approval. What a douchebag.
