I'll put it another way.
Haitian genocide of 1804.
They killed every white person down to the last child except for some white women who they kept as slaves.
Including the ones who supported them against the French.
Then they killed the mixed race people.
The perpetrater of this then declared himself Emperor, and there are statues of him in Haiti to this day.
It was actually a big reason why public perception of abolition suddenly became very negative in the south. They literally genocided the whites.
