Any easy way to clean up iPhone contact lists?

I had an exchange email account on my phone from work, and I'm pretty sure it added any contacts from work into my contacts. Then we switched to Outlook last year as far as mobile email, we had been on Outlook for years on our computers. Now I've got some duplicates I'd like to clean up some. Any way besides deleting one at a time?

I used an app called smart cleaner to clean up my contacts list. I think they give you a trial with full access but I don't remember. If not you can use it for free with ads and daily limits.
