What are the terms of O's buyout? Does he keep the money even if he gets work elsewhere?

Buyouts are generally predicated on making a good faith effort to seek employment. The amount of the buyout is reduced by the amount of the new salary. LSU was glad when Miles got on at Kansas because he cost them less.
