You clearly don't work for a large corporation.
Every personal email sent out from a company owned device is tracked (attachements and links included) certain words can be tracked as well.
Dead serious
If companies aren't doing this they can call in a third party company to do a forensic search themselves and report back findings.

I know they are logged but typically not read unless there is an issue. I cant speak for if certain words trigger a review, because that's would be different for every company.
