Anybody have players’ perspective on Ed?

Has anyone heard what the players are saying or thinking about what going on with Ed? Do they feel he has control and things just aren’t clicking? Or do they feel things are spiraling?

Judging by the way they quit in games the second it looks like things aren’t going their way, I’d imagine their faith in adjustments and game planning isn’t very high.
