Medic here, ain't taking the "vaccine" period. It took 18 months before I finally caught it, threw my respirator that I wore on suspected covid calls in the attic after month 3 and stopped wearing a mask the whole shift after a month into the "pandemic". I have to get tested twice a week but if it ever comes down to me having to pay for those tests or no vax no work, I'm out. If they're willing to part with their most senior level FTO during a staffing shortage bc I won't get something I have natural immunity to, frick em.

Update, aka weird bump, the city of New Orleans determined that natural immunity (and the fact that I couldn't get a covid shot even if I wanted to) didn't matter and that I had to start paying for my weekly tests. As stated before that was my line in the sand and am no longer a government employee; frick nola, frick Cantrell, frick Avigno, frick Fauci, frick JBE, let's go Brandon
