I’m curious about pellet grills. I have a Weber kettle and for everything but the longest of cooks it’s pretty much set and forget.
My Weber is over a decade old and is getting a little rickety, so I was looking at replacing it and looking at other options. What’s so great about a pellet smoker compared to a kettle? Also are you SOL when power goes out?
