Almost 300 yards, 23 points in the 2nd Half

Against Auburn's feared defense AT AUBURN. Auburn fans were saying that this could be Auburn's best defense in 20 years. They were giving up 5 ppg. Once Jarrett Lee got in a groove, we shredded them.
This will go down as another close game. But, it took LSU's offense a half to start clicking SOLELY because of inexperience at the QB position. Lee now has that experience in an hostile environment. Will we face a better defense than Auburn this year? I don't think so.
If Lee can build on this performance, with Crowton calling the plays and Scott pounding defenses, who can stop us?
Jimbo could only manage 3 points with 3 #1 draft picks on offense including #1 overall. Crowton called a game where we score 26 with a RSFR QB in his first away game.
This is an altogether different LSU team than we've seen over the past few years. They aren't going to quit. I see no reason why we do any worse than 10-2. 11-1 or 12-0 is a real possibility now.

we did exactly what i hoped we would: pound them w/ scott and wear them down w/ the o-line. their d was gassed by the 4th quarter and their lack of depth started to show.

I do believe that BAMA may actually be there as one of the best...

Bama's defense won't be nearly as good as Auburn's. However, Florida's defense at the Swamp could be tough. Our offense will have pressure on it to keep pace with Florida's offense which could lead to some turnovers. Florida's defense tends to be fast and opportunistic.

Bama's nose trackle what's his name cody or "Mt. Cody"?? is 365# lbs compared to brett helms what 270#lbs maybe?? this matchup concerns me later down the road and yes I know how good our o-line is and Helms is, but this guy can take on a double team and still get in on a run stop
