Any CMC owner who didn’t handcuff him is a moron unless someone else scooped him up earlier in the draft. But there is absolutely zero reason he should be on waivers in any league.

He’s a rookie RB in what was never expected to be some high powered running offense. SF, Baltimore, and Minnesota are really the only teams that warrant handcuffing a back nowadays in the true sense of the word. There are backups around the league with stand alone value (Pollard, Rojo, Conner, Hines) but it’s not really necessary anymore to roster the backup to your starter unless it’s a certain offense- Carolina isn’t that offense. Now, if you own Elliot then you should’ve drafted Pollard, if you owned Dobbins you should’ve drafted Edwards, but Carolina?
