re: Your thoughts on buffets in light of recent events?

Buffets are breeding grounds for all kinds of issues...and this has nothing to do with COVID.

You have people handling the same utensils, food left out with inconsistent temperature control, and kids whose A-hole parents won't keep them from picking up food with their hands from the buffet line and eating it. I love the variety and quantity of food you can get from a buffet...but hygienically they aren't much different than eating gas station sushi. It's always a bit of a gamble.
