re: What’s better. Working for an employer or having your own business?

My wife has owned 3 businesses. When it’s good, it’s great, but when it’s not so good, it’s the worst stress you ever want to deal with. She sold one for a nice profit, Covid took one, and the other was a hobby that turned into a business when the 2nd shut down.

She’s taken a position in a company that incorporates her knowledge for the first business without all the risk, and I’m happy as hell for her. She’s actually creating the position, so it’s like starting a business with 25% of the stress since she has the support team of the existing business (payroll, billing, etc)
