That's stupid. Little kids do that with their parents' shoes (both parents/boys and girls) all the time. If it becomes some sort of pattern and goes into other things, sure. But hitting a 2 year old for a one time thing (when you are a single mom and there's not even a father's shoes to put on) is fricking out of line.
